The Centre for Youth and Social Development (CYSD), Bhubaneswar, invites offers for the purchase of its land property measuring Ac. 3.040 decimals, known as RLTC, located at Village Panchapedi, near Kendudihi Chowk, Mouza Tumbajora, Tehsil Hemgiri, District Sundargarh. The property is situated alongside a 30-foot road, approximately 2 km from Kendudihi towards Bileimunda.

Interested purchasers are invited to submit their best offer in the prescribed application format attached herewith.

Sealed offers must reach the above address on or before 5:00 PM on 15th July, 2026.

Each offer must be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of an Account Payee Cheque drawn in favour of “Centre for Youth and Social Development”, payable at any scheduled bank at Bhubaneswar. The EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after completion of the selection process.

CYSD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to invite any applicant for further discussion, clarification, or final negotiation without prior intimation to other applicants.

CYSD further reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any or all offers/applications, either wholly or partially, at any stage of the process, including the right to cancel, withdraw, suspend, or abandon the sale process altogether, without assigning any reason whatsoever and without incurring any liability to any applicant. No claim, compensation, or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

The decision of CYSD shall be final and binding on all applicants.
