The Centre for Youth and Social Development (CYSD), Bhubaneswar, invites offer for the purchase of its land property measuring Ac. 3.040 decimals kwon as RLTC located at village Panchapedi, Near Kendudihi Chowk, Mouza Tumbajora, Tehsil Hemgiri, District Sundargarh. Interested parties are invited to submit their best offer in the prescribed application format attached herewith.

All offers should be addressed to the Associate Director, Programme Support Division, Centre for Youth and Social Development (CYSD), E-1 Institutional Area, Xavier Square, Bhubaneswar – 751013.

Sealed offers must reach the above address on or before 10^th May, 2026.

Each offer must be accompanied by an earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of Account Payee Cheque drawn in favour of “Centre for Youth and Social Development,” payable at any scheduled bank at Bhubaneswar. The EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded by 30^th June, 2026.

CYSD reserves the right and at its sole discretion, may invite any applicant for final negotiation without prior intimation to other applicants. CYSD further reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason thereof.
